I am working with a well renowned tier one contractor who specialise in the High Rise Residential and Education Sectors. They are looking to appoint a Design Manager for their North West team. This offers an excellent opportunity working with a main contractor, who has been in operation for several decades. This role would be ideal for someone interested in working on already secured large-scale projects in the North West region.
You would be involved design features of a project as well as overcoming any issues that may arise. Time management skills are essential in ensuring a projects life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Design Management of high value Residential & Education schemes in the North West region.
- Adherence to and focus upon quality assurance and efficiency.
- Awareness and responsibility of budgetary requirements in accordance with design plans and works carried out.
- Risk avoidance and alleviation if necessary.
- Compliance with up-to-date standards of practice.
