JOB ROLE: Semi Skilled Labourer 

The type of project: Fabrication Shop 

Location of Project: Cramlington 

Hours: 46 Per Week+ Weekend work 

Start date: ASAP 

Duration: Temp role with a review to become permanent 

Duties will include: 

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers with various tasks in the factory
• Perform semi-skilled tasks such as basic assembly, machine operation, and maintenance
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised work environment
• Operate tools and equipment under supervision
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support team in meeting production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
