Job Role: Receptionist - Temporary Contract
Location: Bath - BA1
Hours: 7am-7pm - shifts available either all day or from 7am -1pm or 1pm-7pm
Dates: Friday 12th July - Wednesday 31st July
Hourly Pay: £11.50 per hour

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary receptionist role? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our client's team based in Kingsmead, Bath.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Managing appointments and meeting room bookings.
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
