Project Manager - Clean Room Construction and Fit-Out

Our clientis at the forefront of the automotive industry, specializing in the production of cutting-edge batteries for electric vehicles. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction, fit-out, and delivery of large-scale clean rooms within their new industrial complex.

Job Description: They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the construction and delivery of clean rooms for industrial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring that all clean room environments meet stringent industry standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clean room construction projects for battery production facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the fit-out of clean rooms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project teams and stakeholders.
• Handle procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors.
• Extensive experience in clean room construction and fit-out is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to clean room environments.
• Excellent project management skills, with a certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
