This school are dedicated and inclusive, and are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all of their students. They want to give every pupil in their school a voice and are constantly setting new targets for themselves, working hard to achieve them.

As a Teaching Assistant at this primary school in Radcliffe, your key responsibilities will be to;

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to help students achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and record student's progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
  • Assist with classroom management and organisation
