Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Manchester

We are looking for ambitious, driven and money-hungry graduates to develop into successful Recruitment Consultants at V7.

You don’t need any specific experience as you will have full support from day one from our highly experienced management team and our market-leading internal training provider.

Join our Trainee Recruitment Academy and gain the skills, knowledge and techniques over a 3-month training programme to become a successful Recruitment Consultant!

What you can expect:

  • Ability to top up earnings with uncapped commission
  • £24,000 base salary which increases after completing 3-month training programme

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Gain training, development and full support from day one.
  • Work in a 360-position dealing with both candidates and clients.
  • Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients and contacts.
  • Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews.
  • Maintain, build and nurture client relationships.
  • Promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts in order to develop new relationships.
