Are you a Senior Planner looking for your next role?

You will be working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor offering a solutions-focused approach to developing, constructing, and operating large accommodation-based schemes. This covers High rise residential, student accommodation, and care & retirement accommodation based around the West Midlands.

As Senior Planner you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, phasing, programming and sequencing for tendering activity, including the coordination of design, commercial and production activities into one truly Integrated Programme. On successful tenders you will then work with the project teams to assist them in developing realistic target construction programmes, still fully integrated, and will retain an overall monitoring capacity for the larger & more complex projects.

There will be an element of support and mentoring of the project leads to ensure they have the technical software skills to produce their own programmes, individual trade package programmes, as well as being able to update progress and undertake regular progress monitoring drop lines.

You will be working with a group of fellow senior managers within the business inputting ideas to drive improvement and consistency in the timely delivery of preconstruction preferred bids and live projects.

You will have the opportunity to work for a multi-billion pound turnover company and be part of a successful and dynamic team. You will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career progression.

If you hold the relevant qualifications, along with a solid history of working on build tenders and projects with a main contractor, we want to hear from you!
