Pay rate: The pay rate is - £12.82 (£25,000) - £13.33 (£26,000), subject to experience

Location: Lynbottom, , Newport PO30

Working Hours: Monday to Friday role - 37.5 hours

Duration: initial 3 months - Temp to perm

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Business Support Coordinator to join our busy team at our Plant on the Isle of Wight. As a business support coordinator, you will be supporting our operational collections team with a variety of administrative duties.

About the Role:

In this fast-paced role, you will be supporting a high workload of a very busy administration team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • The administration and processing of 'missed collections' between (phone number removed)pm (TBC).
  • The monitoring and administration of the IOWOCR mail inbox during working hours.
  • The monitoring and administration of back office tasks in the Bartec system during working hours.
  • Any other reasonable tasks within the Business Support Department.

Responsibilities:

Below is a list of day to day responsibilities. From time to time, you may be required to support with other tasks within the Business Support department and cover sickness and annual leave for other team members. Full training for this will be given.

On occasion overtime may be required.

You may also be required to work at satellite sites within Thalia, based on business needs.

  • The administration required to set up, amend and cancel Bulky requests via Bartec and/or the IOWOCR inbox.
  • The administration of HWRC Amends
  • The administration of site visit requests via Bartec
  • The administration of bin orders and bin order amends - usually via Collection Supervisors
  • 103 amends via Bartec
  • Amending/adding features/schedules on Bartec, individual properties and whole streets
  • Daily missed report
  • Weekly missed report
  • Garden subscription amends
  • Communications - working with the Communications team to rectify incorrect calendars sent to residents, then working with Collections Supervisors to ensure the property is on the correct incab, then creating a postcode look up for the council to update their website
  • Timely processing of Hit Squad and Fly Tip emails/requests to Bartec back office and the accurate maintaining of the Fly Tip Log
  • Working with the Reporting Manager on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to filter through deductions to rectify inaccuracies and reconciling service requests to ensure the have been completed/closed correctly. To include fly tip log and missed bins/bulky collections

Annual tasks:

  • Garden requests - adding new properties to in the incabs for correct collection day. Ensuring we have processed cancels and renew amends before the 1st April - leading on dealing with the Council regarding garden orders/renewals
  • Organising collection of Christmas trees due to missed collections -
