Service Delivery Manager

£55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to join a dynamic and growing Energy company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all maintenance activities. Working across the companies growing fleet of heat networks.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Running the Computerised Management Maintenance System (CMMS)
• Delivery of all PPM’s, Corrective and Reactive maintenance on the CMMS
• Collaborating with the Operations and Maintenance site managers, who are responsible for ensuring all maintenance tasks are populated onto the CMMS in line with the companies O&M Contracts
• Collaborate and Ensure Field Service Teams productivity, using effective resourcing and utilisations of the Field Service Engineers – ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in line with the CMMS scheduling and instructions
• Review regularly the Maintenance Strategy to ensure tasks and instructions remain relevant and compliant within industry standards
• Asset performance monitoring and reporting – to the wider team and external stakeholders – using dashboards and digital tools to drive performance
• Ensure maintenance systems records are up to date, ensuring details are accurate and secure for asset owners (Hemiko owned and externally owned)
• Any other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with Computerised Management (CMMS/CAFM/FMS etc)
• Dynamics 365 experience is preferred
• Experience with organising field service teams or similar
• Proven track record in implementing operational performance improvements
• Experience within the energy or utility industry (preferred)
• IOSH, NEBOSH or similar
• Full UK Driving Licence
