Our client, a leading manufacturing in the HVAC sector, are looking to recruit a Commissioning Engineer to join the business on a permanent basis due to continued growth.

The successful candidates will be involved in testing products to ensure they have been correctly installed and that they wokring as per specification. This will invovle all aspects of testing circuits, sensors and controls 

Candidates will be Electrically trained, ideally with experience in install or commissioning of HVAC equipment- Experinece with Carel or Tridum controls would be of benefit.Qualifications in 2391 Test and Inspection and FGAS would be highly advantageous but not essential

This would be ideal for somone looking to take the next step in their career into commissioing as there will be plenty of training and development available for the right person 

This role will require national travel therefore a Full UK License and the willingness to travel is a must.

Hours 39 hour basic  - Any OT worked os paid at premium rates to boost earnings

Travel time also paid Door to Door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wiring of AHU Control Panel and Other AHU Control Components
• Working with 3 Phase Motors and other appliances within HVAC Units
• Wiring and Fixing of Actuator Motors and Various other Sensors and Switches
• Fault Finding of AHU Control Systems
• Carrying out Pre-Commissioning Electrical Checks
• Carrying out functional and operational aspects of the commissioning process in compliance with company procedures, and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Fault finding and diagnosis, followed by corrective actions
• Completing of testing procedures in an accurate and timely fashion

Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates will be Time Served, ideally in an Electrical discipline
• Strong understanding of Electrical / Panel Schematics 
• Experinece in Install and Commissioing of Electrical Systems
• Knowledge of HVAC Products is highly advantageous 
• 18th Edition + 2391 Test and Inspection ( Advantageous)
• FGAS ( Advantageous)
• Full UK Driving License
