Position: Part Time (1:00pm - 5:00pm)

Overview:
We are a young and growing retailer of home and industrial storage solutions based close to Chelmsford, Essex. We are looking to recruit an experienced customer services executive to join our small and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat, and email.
- Advise customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business.
- Process orders over the phone.
- Resolve delivery issues and tactfully handle occasional complaints.
- Reply to inquiries via email, live chat, and over the phone.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in complaint handling.
- Confident with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Calm and patient demeanor with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Organized, computer literate, and detail-oriented.
The successful candidate will ideally be located within a 25-mile radius of our office in Writtle. A driver is preferred due to the location.
Job Details:
- Type: Part-time, Permanent
- Pay: £12,000.00 - £13,000.00 per year
- Expected Hours: 20 per week
