Our client is a leading supplier to night clubs bars and general leisure and entertainment venues throughout the UK, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team to promote and sell products over the telephone, based in Castle Donington,
The Job:
- Conducting high quality one to one telephone conversations with decision makers and influencers within the Hospitality Industry.
- Ask the right questions to ascertain information and sell the features and benefits of our products to consumers.
- Build persuasive rapports, trust and develop strong business relationships with the key decision makers within the industries that we sell into.
- Full co-ordination of the sales process, from developing the lead, negotiating, closing the sale at the earliest opportunity and invoicing.
- Attend trade shows a few times a year.
- Sales are not always & quick wins; so building good stable relationships with existing and new clients, fact finding and generating trust though a professional relationship with the decision makers and influencers you speak with is very important.
- Closing sales ideally you will have gained success in a Business to Business sales role, within a call centre or sales office environment and you will need to be competitive, target driven, self- motivated as well as being a good team player. If you have hospitality sales or event management experience all the better but not a must.
