About the role:

We seek a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position with a competitive daily salary ranging from £160 to £210. The role has become available due to a recent expansion in our early years department, reflecting our commitment to reducing class sizes and providing more personalised attention to our youngest learners.

In this role, you will be responsible for a vibrant class of eager young minds, with class sizes kept small to ensure each child receives the attention they need. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start your career with strong support or an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
 
Application Requirements:
 
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience in teaching early years or a strong desire to specialise in this area.

• A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.

• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.
