The School and Role

The role is based within the Tyldesley, preferably you will possess for Level 2 Teaching Assistant with recent experience, however if you only have experience but understand and can apply the roles and responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant then please contact me.

Are you able to work on your own initiative and confident to ask questions for support?

Requirements

  • Can you engage children and inspire pupils to work to the best of their ability.
  • Have knowledge of the National Curriculum either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Transfer and share your own knowledge, expertise and guide others with your professionalism.
  • Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
  • Establish constructive relationships and strive for children to be independent and resilient.
  • To monitor pupils responses, their engagement, adapt and feedback to teaching staff.
  • Able to clearly create meaningful displays that encourage classroom learning  and develop confidence and self -esteem.
