An independent Chartered Surveying Practice are looking for a Residential Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Residential Building Surveyors' role

The successful Residential Building Surveyor will join an established business, offering complete autonomy with a predominantly home and site based structure in place, as well as the option to have an office base if preferred.

This role presents the successful Residential Building Surveyor with the opportunity to hone in on experience such as residential surveys, RICS Level 2 and Level 3 reports, valuations and structural inspections.

The Residential Building Surveyor will benefit from a long-term opportunity, with continuous opportunity for career development and growth.

The Residential Building Surveyor

  • Ideally qualified with either MRICS or AssocRICS (not essential)
  • Relevant Residential Surveying experience
  • Previous consultancy experience is beneficial
