Page Personnel are working alongside a very successful company based in Accrington. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join on a 6 month fixed term basis providing financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support to the Accounting & Finance department.

Description

If you are successful you will be entitled to:

• Provide strategic financial guidance to the Accounting & Finance department.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes within the department.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Present financial analysis and reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support the development of strategic plans.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior finance team members.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA
