Your Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons tailored to a variety of student abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and success.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Engage in departmental meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.
- Promote a love of reading and writing through creative teaching methods and extracurricular activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary level is preferred, but we welcome outstanding ECTs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
