Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Essex
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
Manpower is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in Essex. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager, you'll ensure the maintenance of all production and facility equipment to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular maintenance of production equipment and facilities
- Inspecting and troubleshooting machinery, HVAC systems, and more
- Completing repairs and managing heating/plumbing systems
- Developing preventative maintenance procedures
- Conducting quality checks and managing maintenance budgets
Requirements:
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
- Strong analytical skills and safety awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in repairing machines including Injection and Chiller machine,
- Familiar with Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Air Conditioner, the use of Hydraulic and Pneumatic elements, fire-control etc.
