Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an experience legal secretary or paralegal to work within an established firm based in Romsey.



Job Description:

As a Paralegal in our Residential Property Law department, you will:

  • Research legal issues related to residential property.
  • Help prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Organise case files and legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties.
  • Assist with due diligence processes.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of legal documents.
  • Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in residential property law.
  • Good understanding of residential property law and real estate transactions.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
