Position: Electrical Site Supervisor

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractor currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a prestigious high rise residential project encompassing commercial and residential spaces. This is a 10 month contract opportunity for a candidate who embodies leadership, technical proficiency, and a commitment to quality.

Role Summary:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of the project, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the Project Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all mechanical and electrical works, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, monitoring project timelines, and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical activities on-site.
• Manage subcontractors effectively, ensuring their work meets project standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of work quality by both in-house labour and subcontractors.
• Implement and manage Quality Assurance (QA) processes and monitor project progress.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize project delays.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Possession of SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Familiarity with QA software, preferably Fieldview.
• Background in mechanical or electrical trade, or relevant engineering qualification.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Previous role as an Electrical Supervisor or similar leadership position.
