*Residential Care Worker - Children Services (Full-time, 40 hours per week)*
Healthcare Talent are recruiting for Residential Care Workers to work for some of our client's Children & Young Adults' Residential Services. Our client are a national healthcare provider who supports children, young adults and adults with autism, mental health, learning disabilities and brain injuries.
We also have a number of Team Leader & Deputy Manager positions available for experienced candidates.
If you do not meet the essential worker criteria below, you will not be shortlisted:
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with children and young people in a
residential setting. - Minimum of 6 months UK experience
A Residential Care Worker will be able to form meaningful relationships and attachments with adolescents and also have the ability to communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders. A Residential Care Worker must be able to demonstrate resilience and work effectively within a team, or independently as required.
The ideal candidate should be reliable and trustworthy, with a good attendance
record.
