The Opportunity
Given recent and forecasted project growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager to further develop their skills and knowledge within Bid Management. Depending on your level of experience, the position offered will be either Bid Manager or Bid Coordinator.

Your duties and responsibilities will be 
  • Review client documentation for completeness.
  • Respond to Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) activities.
  • Develop offers in response to client Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs).
  • Apply processes for developing quality and compelling bids, such as using story-board processes.
  • Develop compelling written content by collaborating with relevant engineering disciplines and corporate functions.
  • Manage the tender preparation and response process.
  • Lead bid teams and coordinate inputs from various internal and external stakeholders, including partners and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate with and manage sub-contractor and supplier inputs.
  • Work within gated governance requirements, including presenting to reviewers when necessary.
  • Maintain the central library of information and support material
You will have the following qualifications and experience 
  • Educated at degree level
  • Demonstrable experience in a tendering/bidding environment.
  • Transferable skills from previous work or personal experiences are valued.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Empathetic, resilient, authentic, curious, and adaptable
