We are currently recruiting for our new cohort of September Graduate Consultants to be part of our NextGen Academy. You will be part of a 12-week training programme alongside management and Senior Consultants to become a capable and fully fledged consultant. With support from day one, you will be building a desk and benefiting from an eye watering commission structure in no time.

Job Specification – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Running desk servicing existing clients and focusing on business development to build weekly and permanent GP.
• Maintaining constant and consistent relationships with candidates and clients, through calls and face to face visits.
• Reporting directly to Branch Manager for your division and other management within the business.
• Shift patterns within the hours of 07:00 – 17:00.
• Basic salary of up £25,000
• Based in Tower 42, a stone’s throw from London Liverpool Street Station

Person Specification - Experienced Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• A recent Graduate in any discipline.  
• A willingness and ability to develop new relationships through business development i.e. calls, emails etc.
• A strong work ethic and able to work well within a team of high performing consultants.
• Resilient, hardworking and ambitious.
• Money motivated individual.
