£30,000 to £35,000 DOE + Extensive Training + Project Profit Bonus + Hybrid or WFH + Regular Travel to EMEA Superyacht Ports

Do you want to benefit from extensive training and support from the Directors to train you up to be a highly competent Superyacht refit and repair Manager with long term promotion, clear career progression and the opportunity to oversee Refit and repair of projects on 100m+ Superyachts within their engine rooms, Interiors and Deck?

Our client are a rapidly growing, leading Superyacht repair and refit startup contractor who are growing fast and will offer support and training to an individual who offers enthusiasm, ambition and technical experience of either Yachts or ships.

This role would suit some looking for someone who wants the opportunity to work from home, benefit flexible hours, paid expenses, paid travel, on site bonus.

THE ROLE:

• Work from home in or Hybrid in Southampton
• Receive technical project requests from Superyachts
• Offer consultancy
• Put together work proposals
• Coordinate logistics
• Coordinate delivery of parts
• Liaise with suppliers
• Manage subcontractors

THE PERSON:

• Marine Engineering experience or apprenticeship connected to yacht or ship engines.
• Experience of project coordination and management within the maritime industry.
