My client, a National Main Contractor, is looking for a Building Services Manager to join their Build Team based in Dorset.

You be responsible for:

As a Building Services Manager you'll be working within the Operational Team, providing building services expertise to the wider business across projects from tender to delivery and commissioning stages. 

Your day to day will include:

  • Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain
  • Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals
  • Collate the team's Project reports and provide a summary report to the Technical Director relating to the projects that your team has supervised
  • Review Technical Submittals from sub contractors
  • Checking Installation Quality

This role would be a great fit for you if you have:

  • Experience within a similar position
  • Experience working within a main contracting environment, managing specialist sub contract partners.
  • Delivery of large Building Services packages valued £5M +
