Master Data Lead - Up to £70k + benefits - Hybrid, 2 - 3 days per week in Salisbury - 12:30 finish on Friday

Are you passionate about Data and able to create a master data strategy and set up a data strategy from scratch?

You will be working for a really interesting business at the fore-front of what they do, and like a lot of companies - require someone to take ownership of Data and a plan! You will be the SME for all things data-related with the aim of getting the data in a position where it is ready to be migrated onto their new ERP system that they are implementing.

You will be essential to the business, responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master data and creating a positive data culture by drawing the data together, working with project teams and building out analytics. Through collaboration with various teams, you will establish data standards and governance processes, implementing controls to support efficient data management.

You will need to be proficient in data analysis, data profiling and cleansing techniques, with experience in data migrations, data integrations and data warehousing knowledge. The ability to work and create things independently, and feed into a wider team of business users will be key.

You will empower the business to best utilise the data, enhancing capabilities and performance.

The role is hybrid with 2 - 3 days per week in the office in Salisbury, which has on-site parking. The working week is Mon - Fri with a 12:30pm finish on Friday.
