Siamo is looking for a Retail Store Assistant Manager in the Corby Area.

Our client is a prestigious jewellery retailer and are currently looking for an experience Assistant manager or Supervisor looking for their next step in their career.

Having a keen eye for details and knowledge of Jewellery such as Necklaces, Rings and Ear Rings would be a great start but not completely necessary, being an experienced supervisor or assistant manager is a requirements, as you will be expected to manage a small team of retail assistants. 

Working weekends is required.

What's on offer for a Retail Store Assistant Manager:

• Monday - Saturday working.
• 40 Hours per week - Management is expected to open and close.
• 09:30am - 17:30pm close.
• 30 - 50% Store Discounts.

Main Responsibilities of a Retail Store Assistant Manager: 

• Key Holder.
• Team Management - Motivating, Training, product training, 
• KPI and store target monitoring 
• Inventory and stock management - Stock counting and processing.
• Customer service management, ensuring customer are receiving the expected level of service.
• Being key in rolling out all promotional offers and sales.

Key Requirements of a Retail Store Assistant Manager:

• Store Supervisor of assistant manager experience 1 Year Required experience. 
• Experience of using EPOS systems. 
• Previously managed a team of 3 or more.
• Driving Licence is advantageous. 
• Clear spoken English. 
• Highly level of written and reading English.
