Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday (there is an option to work every fourth Saturday 9am - 3pm with a lieu day on a week day) OR work Monday to Friday and on call every 4th Saturday, which means to keep an eye on the property management emails and deal with any emergencies.

Scope:
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our client's successful lettings team in their independent Leicester branch.
We are looking for a confident and well-organised property professional to help deliver an outstanding lettings and management service.
Main duties:
- Ensuring the tenancy is legally compliant.
- Booking and completing property inspection visits and sending completed reports to landlords.
- Actioning property maintenance requests and repairs - liaising with landlords and tenants, instructing contractors and chasing invoices.
- Managing end of tenancies, completing check-out inspections, mediating and negotiating proposed deductions and deposit returns.
Additional duties:
- Registering new applicants, booking and accompanying viewings, obtaining viewing feedback and updating landlords.
- Completing new tenancy sign-ups and Right-to-Rent checks.
- Council tax and utility management - void period bills.
- General office duties - key management, answering telephones, greeting clients, etc.
Essential skills:
- Previous lettings experience.
- Strong organisational, administrative and general office skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask within fast-paced atmosphere.
- Computer literate - competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
- CFP WinMan proficiency - desirable.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification - desirable.

- Proven track record of accurately maintaining detailed records.
