Duties:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding and commercial fit out projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses of various project options.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within budget.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
•  Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers. • Monitor and manage project costs, including variations and changes to the scope of work.
•  Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality standards are met.
•  Prepare regular cost reports and financial statements for management and clients.
•  Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
•  Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
•  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate(s) will have previous experience in a similar role, with experience in Commercial / Fit out projects.
