Are you a Facilities Maintenance Assistant or similar, with a background in plumbing, joinery or property maintenance, looking to work for a multi-academy trust who will offer you the opportunity for training and development as well as great company benefits?

The maintenance team is committed to provide a safe and tidy environment for students to strive. They are also a tight-knit, friendly team and will offer great training opportunities for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for visiting varied school sites to organise preventative planned maintenance, carry out outdoor maintenance and respond to emergency callouts. You will be responsible for refurbishment work and multi-skilled work like plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general repairs.

This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Assistant or similar, with a background working in school maintenance, looking for a company that will offer great training opportunities and great company benefits.

The Role:

• Carry out visits to varied school sites for preventative maintenance and refurbishments.
• Respond to emergency callouts.
• Outdoor maintenance.
• Rota with evenings and weekends, 1 weekend a month and 2 evenings a week

• Facilities Maintenance Assistant or similar
• Happy to work shifts (evenings and weekends)
• Commutable to New Alresford, Winchester
