I have partnered up again with a Top 10 UK Construction Contractor who are currently looking for a Project Director in the Midlands to operationally manage a £125m project linked to HS2. This role is to be a number 1 on the scheme that involves many technically elements, including large structures, RC Frame and MEP.

The Project Director will be required to oversee the scheme from ECI through to handover back to the client. They are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.

My client is looking for an experienced Project Director whose area of expertise is within the self-delivery world, and ideally comes from another Tier 1 Main Contractor.

The right candidate must understand the full construction process as well as the ability to build programs and also be commercially astute. They currently at the very early ECI stages and keen to get someone started as soon as possible.

Criteria:
• Contractor Background (Self Delivery experience)
• Minimum 4/5years’ experience in a similar role
