Our client, a well established, award winning and growing contractor within the water industry, are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. 

The role

Supporting the business in developing, checking and enforcing policies and procedures to control critical safety risks. You will also be responsible for safety audits and inspections across our UK-based sites, identifying opportunities for improvement while engaging with staff across all levels of the business. You’ll work from the office whilst frequently travelling across the country and occasionally staying away from home working on numerous projects.

Requirements 

 NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.

· Demonstrate proficiency in analysing and interpreting data, with a keen attention to detail, combined with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and presenting where needed.

· Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, such as CDM 2015, LOLER & PUWER

· Full driving license.
