Project Manager
Façade, Aluminium, Windows & Doors, curtain walling & fire rated glazing systems
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading sub contractor within the external envelope. The details for the role are:
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Resourcing required labour for projects
Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
Prepare method statements, RAMS and H&S documents
Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
Attend site meetings where required
Managing projects ranging in value from £100k to £2m
Must have Project Management experience within the fenestration market sector
Ideally experienced in aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling & fire rated glazing systems
Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
IT literate (Microsoft Office, Logikal, Schucal)
CSCS card holder
SMSTS Qualified
Strong organisational and planning skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as a part of a team
A strong people Manager with excellent communication and influencing skills
A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers
A positive can do attitude
Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft office
Contractual and Health and Safety knowledge
