We are inviting expressions of interest from those who are looking for/open to a dedicated mid-shift working arrangement. This is a Monday to Thursday pattern – starting anytime between 08:30 and 09:30 – finishing anytime between 14:30 and 16:00. There is a minimum requirement of five hours per day. 

Cubed Talent is working with a number of highly regarded, reputable and progressive Host Client companies throughout Bradford – many are now looking to grow their workforce by offering a range of more flexible, wraparound working patterns to improve access and inclusivity in their workplace.  

There is also the opportunity to work ‘roll on/roll off’ shift patterns in line with any term time commitments. 

The work will suit hands on/practical people who have worked in an assembly, manufacturing, process environment – some of the tasks are repetitive – however, you will be working in a clean, safe, efficient and highly professional environment – within a business with an exceptional culture, leadership and values.  

Over and above accrued holiday pay – successful colleague will also benefit from a paid Wellbeing Day – following 12 weeks service.  

There is a full and comprehensive training programme and induction – an attractive training rate of £12.00 per hour, rising to £13.19 per hour (top rate) when fully trained. 

Our current opportunities are within a world class manufacturing facility – located in Bradford, easily accessed from central Bradford, Cleckheaton, Odsal, Wibsey, Wyke and all surrounding areas. Applicants living in and around; South Leeds, Gildersome, Morley, Birstall, Halifax, and Huddersfield areas - will also be able to access the site. 

We are running a series of informal online welcome sessions – that are delivered on most devices; PC’s, tablets and mobile phones – in the safety, comfort and convenience of an applicants home.
