Graduate Surveyor - Warrington, Lancashire.

Our client is a specialist surveying and planning consultancy with offices across the UK, they are currently looking for graduates with a RICS recognised degree and/or master to join their training academy starting in August/September time.

This role is specifically focused on land acquisition, contract and cost negotiation.

Key skills required:

• Hold a Degree or Masters in a RICS recognised subject (Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management)
• Experience in the property sector or a customer facing role beneficial (Full job training provided)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working to deadlines.
• Full driving license
• An interest to start their APC with the aim to eventually become chartered.

Duties include:

• Speaking to landowners and property developers identifying sites for valuation and acquisition.
• Occasional site visits (in person or virtually)
• Negotiating on cost and contract specifics.
• Working in conjunction with different divisions of the business including design, project management and planning
• Assisting with project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.

The Graduate Surveyor will receive a full benefits package and will initially be office based joining a large existing team. This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate looking to venture out into the industry and gain commercial experience to complement their academic studies.
