This is a full time, permanent opportunity. Monday- Friday working week.
About the Opportunity:
- Managing office supplies, equipment & facilities
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Overseeing staff records and company policies
- Supporting senior management with travel & accommodation bookings
- Process receipts and expenses & working closely with the finance manager
- Processing invoices, credit notes on accounting system
- Managing invoice queries, payment terms and contract renewals
- Support admin assistant
Here’s What You’ll Need
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative as well as with a team.
- Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications.
