About the Role

As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the cost and financial aspects of building services projects in Nottingham. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that budgets are adhered to and costs are controlled effectively. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate prices
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management
• Assess and manage project risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• 3 years expdereince as a MEP Quantity Surveyor
