Qualifications and Attributes Required:
•Previous experience in a Residential Childcare Environment.
•Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent.
•Valid driver's license (company car provided during working hours).
•Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
