Gone are the days of cold calling this role is an Account Manager and our client are looking for a relationship builder who is easy to get along with and loves dealing with people.

The company is a multiple award-winning, investment-backed technology company based in Cheshire's vibrant Wilmslow. 

The role:

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Account Manager. Working from the office five days a week, the successful candidate will build relationships with key clients, support their use of the platform, and ensure clients have all the information they need to be successful.

it’s the additional layer of customer service they put on top that makes the company special. 

We’re seeking someone that is naturally positive, enjoys building relationships, and has the capacity to prioritise a busy workload while spinning many plates. 

We’re open to meeting people with significant Account Management experience, and those relatively new to customer-facing roles (hence the wide salary range), and will hire attitude over experience every day of the week. 

The ideal Account Manager will be able to wow new and existing clients with their personality, attentiveness and efficiency, leading communication and activity to ensure everyone receives a high-level of customer service. 

The role is a targeted one, with key measures of success being client retention, account value, and growth. Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for a pool of employer accounts/users
  • Welcome and onboard to ensure they understand how to use the system
  • Answer enquiries in a timely manner
  •  process keeps moving towards a successful outcome
  • Proactively searching for account growth and regen opportunities within their pool of clients
  • Source repeat custom from their client base
