About the Role:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to young learners, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and contributing to the overall development and well-being of your students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
