anzuk education are seeking a Science teacher to join one of our client schools near Fareham. The role is for long term and is ongoing.

As a Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students’ abilities to be able to discuss and explain Scientific concepts. The community and team here are second to none, and are eagerly awaiting a Science Teacher to join in September!

The Role of a Science Teacher:

• Teach the current Science curriculum across KS3 and KS4, differentiating accordingly to meet the needs of your classes
• Make Science fun and engaging to encourage the growth of student curiosity
• Creating engaging lessons for all learners, of all abilities
• Follow the school’s behaviour management system
• Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Science Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications
• Applicants can be newly qualified or experienced that can demonstrate ambition and passion.
• Be confident teaching Science to KS3 & KS4 Level
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be reflective, inquisitive, personable and create engaging lessons
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
