Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our talented IT team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and deploying Jamf, experienced with MDM deployments and transitions, and comfortable working within a G Suite environment. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain Jamf Pro environments for macOS and iOS devices.
* Lead MDM deployments and transitions to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
* Provide expert support and troubleshooting for G Suite applications.
* Develop and maintain Bash scripts to automate and streamline IT processes.
* Handle 3rd line support and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues.
* Collaborate with a small, close-knit IT team to deliver high-quality support and solutions.
* Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, security, and reliability.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing Jamf Pro environments.
* Extensive experience with MDM deployments and transitions.
* Proficiency in G Suite administration and support.
* Strong Bash scripting skills.
* Solid background in providing 3rd line support and handling escalations.
* Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf, Google Workspace) are a plus.
