Senior Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineer ( CS&A)- Contract- SC Clearance- Hybrid- Glasgow

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has risen for Senior Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) Engineer to join a leading  Design and Engineering Company on a contract basis to deliver schemes throughout the Glasgow area within various sectors, including Nuclear and defence.

As a  Senior Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) Engineer you will be  working onsite with clients in the Nuclear sector. You will specialise in the design, analysis, and management of civil, structural, and architectural aspects of engineering projects.  

The ideal candidate will need to have  proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural engineering, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week on the client site in Glasgow.

Key Objective:

• Support Civil, Structural & Architectural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil, structural, and architectural engineering aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Conduct assessments and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in CS&A engineering.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Experience in CS&A engineering.
• Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
• Experience in critical infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Must have SC Clearance or Ability to Obtain SC Clearance.
