My client is a well established growing company based in Norwich. They are seeking an experienced Finance Director who can support their plans and grow with them.

- medium and long term planning/forecasting and budgeting
- scenario planning for major projects
- ensuring systems and processes are developed in line with changes in the business

- Experience at FD level (ideally in a company in the £10-50M range)
- Passion for developing businesses and a track record of supporting growth
- Sound commercial sense
- Strong financial disciplines and an understanding of best practice
