Corporate Solicitor opportunity available with a leading top tier firm based in their Leeds office. Ideally suited to qualified solicitors with 2-4 years PQE.

About the Role

  • Manage Your Own Workload: Handle corporate transactions and company law advisory for diverse clients.
  • Support Senior Lawyers: Assist with complex transactional work.
  • Draft and Negotiate: Work on various transactional and corporate documents.
  • Client Advisory: Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and compliance.
  • Business Development: Play an active role in growing our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate transactional support and advisory work.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents.
  • Advise clients on corporate and company law matters.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Meet financial targets and quality standards.
  • Comply with firm policies and procedures.

About You

  • 2-4 years PQE in private M&A transactions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and IT skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and high standards.
