Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: Prestigious Key Site - Hospice for Adults and Children, Luton

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Choose from 8 AM - 5 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM
  • No Call-Out Requirements

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Static Building Services Engineer to join our team at a prestigious hospice for adults and children in Luton. This role is perfect for a skilled individual who takes pride in their work and is looking to make a meaningful contribution to a key site.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building services duties, including planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks.
  • Conduct electrical tasks as required.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally possess a Level 2 qualification in Electrical.
  • Strong experience in building services engineering.
  • Ability to work independently as this is a single-man site.
