Senior Collections Officer
Wolverhampton
£155 per day depending on experience

We are recruiting an interim Senior Collections officer for our client a financial services / mortgage lending company in Wolverhampton.
You will:
- Deal empathetically with customers whilst questioning and probing to understand their circumstances
- Through effective questioning and listening skills, discuss with customers how and why their account is in arrears
- Examine accounts in arrears and undertake all aspects of financial support in the end to end management journey
- Communicate with customers in arrears to agree sustainable and affordable payment arrangements
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for mortgage arrears with priority on achieving fair customer outcomes.
- Act as a coach and role model, supporting the development of less experienced team members.
