Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator to lead the implementation of our Health & Safety (H&S) roadmap. The successful candidate will focus on delivering improvements at a swift pace and in a standardized manner.

Key Accountabilities:

• Internal Focus: Dedicated to the Demand organization, including all offices, commercial business activities, and driving operations.
• Roadmap Implementation: Translate Transform work into actionable steps and implement the global roadmap for IMPROVE activities across all markets.
• Assurance of Processes: Ensure adherence to global processes through leading systems.
• Functional Expert: Act as a functional expert, part of the Global Team, working daily with specific markets to deliver codified IMPROVE projects worldwide according to the annual roadmap.
• Site-Level Execution: Implement projects at the site level.

Required Skills:

• Drive for Excellence: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to persuade, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
• Senior Industrial Experience: Extensive experience in Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food/drink, pharmaceutical, or energy sectors.
• Safety Leadership: Proven experience in delivering similar office and commercial programs.
• Management Influencing: Ability to influence management and develop standards.
• Systems & Procedures Implementation: Experience in implementing systems and procedures.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills.
• Health & Safety Qualification: An externally recognized Health & Safety qualification relevant to the role (e.g., NEBOSH).
• Global Environment Experience: Experience leading in a market, international, or global environment.

Education:

• NEBOSH Qualification: Essential.
