Pay rate: £12.63 per hour
Overtime: £18.95 after 40 hours
Standard Working hours:
Monday to Friday : Between 06:00 - 17:00
May vary, dependant on the business needs, overtime expected

Role and key responsibilities for our Seed Operators:
- Preparing machines, equipment, materials supplies for planned job
- Setting up machines, and preparing bags and labels
- Controlling the bag filling, monitor chemical coverage of seed, record production, and labelling of the bags
- Assisting cleaning machines between varieties and seed lots
- Clean and pack away machines and all equipment
- Adhering to the rules and regulations stipulated under FEPA and COSHH
- Ensuring health and safety policies, rules and regulations are adhered to and accidents reported following the correct procedure
- Any other duties as defined by your Manager / Machine Operator
Minimum Requirements for our Seed Operator
- Physically fit
- Hard working and dedicated
- Ability to change and adapt to an ever changing day
- Full driving license
