If you would like to work on these projects with some of the best Revit Technicians and BIM Management in the area, delivering the most technical engineering projects whilst being able to progress the designs from a Developed Design to As Built, this is an opportunity you must apply for. They have a thorough and detailed workflow that focusses on delivery and have the resource available to deliver it. The Directors bread and butter is technical projects having competed plenty of these projects and you will work closely with them.

There are 13 of them in total and the business is dedicated to digital engineering and doing it well. Their reputation has grown over 8 years since inception to now be working on some of the biggest projects and frameworks in the Northwest and Nationally. They are doing it all from their offices in Liverpool but with a Hybrid policy that most cannot match.

You will need to be able to go to site when required, representing the business, and driving the model in DTMs for all disciplines whilst being able to field any issues that arise inside or outside the meeting relating to MEP and MEP Coordination.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a Consultancy, MEP or Main Contractor who has experience of Detailed Design and/or As Built with an MEP background. The successful candidate will need to be able to obtain security clearance and all the tests that come with that because of the nature of the work. The salaries on offer are more than competitive and for the right candidates are above market rate.

I am looking for 2 people, there is a Technician role and a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator/BIM Lead role too.
